Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at shopunicon45@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shopunicon45@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Skincare serums, essences, and creams (if opened or used)
Bath & body products (if opened)
Personal care tools that have been used

Sealed, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days. If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will always make it right regardless of these restrictions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

EU Consumers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
