At Shop Unicon, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at shopunicon45@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened personal care products (skincare, body care)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have already been processed and we may be unable to cancel it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
